Haven't used it yet... but seems like construction is good, I would prefer that the charging method to be of a standard type. We all have too mane "one-off: charging cables.

Instructions on the other hand we're less that desirable. I may have figured it out.... but i can't be certain.

Got back into PE recently. Bathmate has always been my go to. It helps with both erection quality and fast gains, all though temporary at first. I decided to go with the extreme this time. I truly do believe that the HydroXtreme has increased my overall confidence as it has increased my size, which i turn has helped with the ED issues. I've already had to upgrade to a bigger size pump!
